Starting February 8, 2020, the Whitewater Valley Amateur Radio Club will sponsor a 10 week class for anyone wanting to obtain their FCC Technician Amateur Radio License. The class will be from 9 - 11 A.M. and will be held at the Wayne County EMA Office located at 401 East Main Street, Richmond, IN.
