The Whitewater Valley Amateur Radio Club offers VE Testing to get your Amateur Radio License.  Our club provides public emergency communications during local events and works with local emergency services to provide communications as necessary.

The Whitewater Valley Amateur Radio Club meets on the second Saturday of the month at the Wayne County Emergency Management Agency, located at 401 East Main Street in Richmond. Please enter using the private entrance off of Fourth Street. If you are not able to make it down the concrete staircase, please contact a club officer. We do have other ways (that include an elevator!) to get you downstairs to our meeting room.
